Greeting to you - several of us - CM, Aegis, Gaxx, and others play on Argyle often. The following is copied from a previous post of mine regarding accessing Argyle:
The Argyle test server has been up and running since the summer. It is a server where many argyle players play to get used to HCR (Hard Core Rules) and roleplaying - and where DMs can test play balancing and the DM client.
The first area of the real Argyle - Soberdan - will hopefully be up and running by late winter/early spring.
Quite a few banshee players play on the test server regularly - Including myself, Aegis, and CM to name a few. It is a fun - albiet limited in size - place to meet other roleplayers and refine your NVN skills.
If you want to check it out I would suggest you go to
www.lonerhino.com/argyle/ruminations - you can check out the message boards for Argyle and register if you are interested. Once you are registered on the message board the Technical Information forum will become available - if you go there you can go to the server information section and get the IP address and password for the test server. You will also need to download the hak pak which can be found in the same forum. The best way to connect is through direct connection.
I would definately encourage you to check it out - again - it is a test server so the fun had there is more roleplaying dependant - but its still the best server I have played on - mostly because of the HCR rules and commitment of the players.
As for the banshees - we will try to get this guild together once Soberdan and the real Argyle begin - no reason to let the cat out of the bag yet.
