Fighter/Sorcerer and max Spellcraft ranks?

What is the maximum rank a fighter10/sorcerer10 can have in spellcraft? Is it 13 (because you have 10 levels or sorc), or is it 19 (13 from sorc + half max spellcraft ranks from 10 levels of fighter, which is 16).

If you're a fighter3/sorcerer3, is the max rank of spellcraft you can have 9? I know I gotta put 2 points for 1 rank of spellcraft if I am a fighter because it's a cross class skill, and that the max ranks you can have in a cross class skill is half your maximum class skill ranks.

For a fighter 10/sorcerer 10, the maximum spellcraft you can have is 23.
Just save the points when you're leveling as a fighter, and take your last level as a sorcerer and use all the points from the fighter then.
