no portal stone
no resting
and the autosave is inside the last area

what am i supposed to do as a sorc?
my henchman died in the previous area
and i used almost all my spells

it is not possible to complete this with a few ice storms and a finger of death

my last save not in this room is in chapter 2...

what choice do i have?

I need to know excatly what room/area you are in - as far as I can recall, you can rest in pretty much all areas (that are enemy free of couse), so being well rested before entering the final fights with the Chosens and then with Morag, is essential.

Also you say you only have some ice storms and finger of death, what about scrolls and wands?

soon as you go into the area that the chosen and morag are in, nothing can be done

trust me i dont have the spells (scroll, wand or known) to fight this fight without resting

it says you cannot rest in this area
its a game feature to make the last fight difficult it seems but as an unprepared sorc its simply impossible
unless there is some way to get out of the area

Well - then, unless you have an ealier save game - like autosave before entering this area(which you indicated you didn't), I see very few options for you.

Unfortunally - it seems like some sort of cheating have to be done

(Just checked - you can't rest in the final area, you are correct about that)
