Ch2 : what is up with Shaldrissa Dothwintyl *spoiler request*

There is a woman hanging around a building near the Inn in Port Llast ... named Shaldrissa Dothwintyl

Anyone have any info on her ? Is she part of a quest ?

I believe she's part of the bounty quest. Kill her and you'll see. Save first, though.
