Ch2 : locked door on merc barracks *request spoiler*

In chapter 2 in Port Llast on the outside of Kendracks Mercenary Barracks there is a locked door.

Can not pick the lock. Message says that you need a key.
Anyone know what this is about and where you get the key

There's lots of doors in the game that can *never* be unlocked or bashed. Most barns, for instance. I wouldn't worry about it. As a general rule, if it's important, you'll get back to it sooner or later.
