i destroy the braziers the last monster on the pinnicle i can't defeat with a darf, second i lost my henchman not to long ago do i have to hire another or just keep playing without

If your henchmen dies he will be resurected at the Temple you return to using "Stone of Recall".

So he doesn't "die" for real and you can always teleport back and get him back (or another if you wish).
