Cant get into Luskan(Spoilers i think...)

My level twelve ranger cant get into luskan. I have given the two bits of evidence and Aribeth has authorised an in depth investigation to Luskan. Aarrin Gend told me to go see his friend the seargeant but mister seargeant isnt at the gates...WHAT DO I DO?????

That's interesting... Patch the game version maybe(if you haven't done it already...)
I never had such problem...
