Can't find the High Captain's Seals (Spoiler)

I killed both the High Captains but I cannot find their seals to bring back to Aaron. I've searched all over but I really don't think they are there. Does anybody know a console command to spawn them?

You will find both answers here.
Both the command line, if you choose to cheat, and location of the seals.
It has been answered before. I just don't remember where at this point.
