| | | Can you change hencmen over and over ? I was wondering if I could fire my current henchman, Half-Orc-guy, and take on another henchman to do some of their quets or get there items, and then change back to the Orc ? |

| | | Sure, why not? I don't do it because:
1) It seems pointless to take on a henchman just to get their items.
2) I want to take a different henchman each time through. If I tried out all the henchman, it would ruin the replayability (for me at least).
I kind of wish the henchman interaction was more like Planescape: Torment, where for the most part the characters' attributes increased (thus improving just their personal fighting ability) instead of them giving you items (which improve your fighting ability). Then I wouldn't feel like I'm missing out on all the priceless artifacts these guys seem to be giving out...

| | | You can change them as often as you want. Choose which one best fits the need. The half-orc kicks a but sometimes it's nice to have a magic-user sitting back tossing out spells. Just remember where you leave them when you change. I usually try to leave them near the portal.
Btw anyone know where a cleric or druid henchman are located? |

Life seems short considering how long you will be dead.

| | | Yes, change henchmen at about 5th-6th level and talk to them 3-4 times in a row. You'll get their story for each chapter.
No need to take them adventuring. Just find out what item they want.
