Exclamation But month ago i saw Neverwinter nights Deluxe Edition and bought it..

Well.. long time ago.. i bought Neverwinter nights.. and after 80 hours of playing i had finally created character that looked good on my eyes.. but when i finally realy started playing this game whole tutorial/prologue thing got on my nerves.. so i uninstalled this game and then i send it to my distant cusin who lives near capital of Finland.. (well i did play that game not for long but anyway.. i played that game)

Time passed.. what was once history turned into legend and so on.. untill it was forgotten..

But month ago i saw Neverwinter nights Deluxe Edition and bought it..

This time character creation took only 20 hours...(well i knew that i wanted bard.. but then there was race and weapon things.. and portraits in this game suck realy abdly.. but i found some nice IWD portraits..) and i managed myself trough prologue and soon after that i finished my game.. My character was Bard 10/Red Dragon Disipline 10.. Those wings are too small.. anyway to make those bigger?

So i must say that main plot of this game isn't even near as good as one in IWD1 and IWD2.. ´so i started both expansion packs.. but just for some reason i cant understand why those cant just continue on where Neverwinter night ended.. (without my own backround stories wich would explain some things.. why my level 20 guy.. well in this case girl is trying to learn how to be adventurer ot why my long time companion Daelan wont know who i am.. then i lost my stuff...) But.. then i started main game again.. and yes it is bard.. and i am planing finish this game and its expansion packs.. It is about time you might say.. but do you have any tips to dual class my human bard?

Well all help would be nice.. Perhaps this game strength lies on MP.. but then i would need to create new character and download some modules.. and such..

Dual class doesn't exist in NWN - it was removed for 3rd Edition. All races can multi-class freely instead. Just be aware of alignment restrictions (Paladins LG, Monks lawful, etc., etc.).

As for Bards, I'd multi-class to Fighter or maybe Cleric, but concentrate on going long in Bard. Bards are quite good when you start getting Epic songs. A lot of potential there.

Cheers,

Hasn't anybody been listening to me? Bard/ RDD 10/PM 16 is the best possible Bard multiclass in the game (though Bard/RDD 10/PM 10 isn't too bad)!

Most people found HotU to be the best of the Bioware campaigns (a large number of people did not finish the OC). SoU takes place the same time as HotU, and there is a small continuation of NWN in HotU (meet old friends etc.)

@Noober
Ha, the 40th level Bard/RDD/PM build might be fine for PvP, but you are never going to get that high a level in HotU. And the way you would build the PC is completely different from PvP to PvM - different feats and skills would be appropriate. But we do listen to you.

And unfortunately the "old friends" don't recognise you from NWN, but assume you came from SoU. Which is not as much fun.

Cheers,
TGHO

. Pvp isn't really that different from PvM, just people like to abuse more, and there are more critical immunes. I leveled my last Bard 20/RDD 10/PM 10 from SoU to a bridge module to HotU and The Gods Themselves, before promptly beating every other person on a pvp server till level 40. I even had maxed persuade .

You actually achieved 40th level in HotU?? I'm impressed! What is this "The Gods Themselves"? A user made mod?

Cheers,
