If Magus is in, I vote for his Mage leadership. If not, Mike has it.

Being multiclass, i can't be in control of 2 wings and i really am not interested with the leadership duty.

Divine:Nippy
Rouge: Weasel
Magi:Xandax or whoever is going to replace him

Ah yes... 7 votes for me in Warrior Leadership... This Guild will truly be a powerful one, especially once I have taken every aspect of power. I will lead this guild on a bloody rampage of the free world and... uhh... Damn... Thinkning out loud again...

As long as our leaders are:
  • Wise
  • Honorable towards their Guild members
  • Brilliant strategists
  • Power gamers
  • Having the Guild's best interests as their number one priority
  • Roleplayers
  • Diplomats
  • Cunning
  • Decisive
  • Newbie-friendly
  • Available for discussion
  • Level-headed
  • Unselfish

...I see no problems whatsoever!

@Nippy: have you kept score of the votes.
It seems Magus didn't want guild-leadership for starters, as he wrote in the other thread

I'll sumbit my 2 coppers worth...

Nippy for divine.
Aegis for the Idio..., er..., uh, Warriors.
Sellsword for Nature.
Weasel for Rogues. (Am I the only one who would have voted Weasel for this position even if he was playing a paladin?)
And, for the highly coveted Magi Wing leadership position... mike's fine by me! (now that I'm no longer in the buisness of ridding the world of mages)

@Nippy:Okay - maybe we should shut down this poll - accept these guys as our leaders (*shutters*) and start figuring out ranks for us "the mob"

What does this leadership concern is it nothing more than a title or does it come with a responsibility like keeping the wing together by sending e-mails, updates and info? I like to know before I vote if given the chance again.
I could see the great coolness of having a "leader" that would take the responsibility of keeping the wing together, with updates from NWN, discussions, sending pictures, links and small files even make sites on the wing and maybe a little healthy competition on witch of the wings are doing best (all this goes for the members of the wing too so the leader wont die before age )
All could make a hotmail for this purpose to make it easier (like Garcia_Tolkien@hotmail.com)
How much you want to participate is up to
Each member but the you participate the higher the rank and the more respect.
Depending how the wing/leader is doing the leader will stay or a new one will be chosen. (Vote once a month or something like that)

Just a thought.

Any comments?
