Well - amongst other things - If wearing Full Plate armour - you will not get that dexterity bonus to AC. (unless they have changed the rules lately)

Whoops my mistake, then you AC is just 100, and you have bracers free. What else is wrong, looks ok .

The monk gets AC from his wisdom and +1 to Ac every 5 lvl I think

What if you do Wizard/palemaster, for the purpose of getting AC?

Doesn't apply with armour unfortunately (though admittedly I did forget that ).

Well - I wouldn't personally count expertise AC bonus into such equations, because it requiers the feat to be activated, and thus dosen't apply when spellcasting (And then what is the point of a high level spell caster ), other types of fightning etc.

Are you sure that the bonus dissappears? I've used it for countless duels, but then again most are pretty much dead by the time they get to me .

Yep, this is also a very high AC build, but I chose to Sorc since I'm much more familiar with them (and they are better duellers). IIRC even better is Wiz/Monk/Druid which gives Dragon Form, or Wiz/PM/Monk which is basically what you suggested.

I tried with my mage, and it did not work.

Bioware must have patched that out too. In that case the best build for being absolutely untouchable is Bard 14/RDD 10/Pale 16. Good AC, but it's immunity crits + 50/+20 DR that's great. That kinda counts as a caster doesn't it? I belive that the absolute maximin damage a character can deal in a single attack (non crit) is 68 minimum which can be very easily negated through items.

How high AC can you get as a Monk 25/wizard 5/palemaster 10?

I though it might be a good build since you get immunity to Crit, Mind affecting, paralysis and stun.

Edit: I wonder if we have to ressurect a old thread or start a new one

Well it's close enough to the topic .

The biggest flaw I see right off is not taking 16 PM. 16 PM will give you Epic Spells, and Warding as I have so often touted is magnificent with Immunity Criticals.

I'll do a full calculation tomorrow but right now my head hurts from too much Diablo and Battle for Middle Earth .
