Armor question

what do you people think is better to play with,

high dexterity and light armor

or

low dexterity and heavy armor?

if u have an opinion please explain why

There is next to no restrcitions implemented for using heavy armour - such as for instance movmentspeed decrease - in the game, thus I most always go for the heaviest armour I can find for my warrior-type characters.
If I play a finess warrior - I *might* go for lighter amour, but then again - I might shift to heavy if I find some better. That is depending on what I find in the game.
