You use 2 points on going from 14 to 15.
This is still under pointbuy rules, only with 28 instead of 25. |

o right i thought it was 1 point per Attribute point(because of the 1=8-9 2=8-10 etc)

| Check out the page about point buy on the website (BotB) if you are in doubt about how many points needed to increase a stat.
The only time you can increase your stat by one, regardless of the stat's value, are with the point one is awarded every 4.th level. These points can increase a stat by one, regardless of its prior value (up to 25 max IIRC) |
