About the Anauroch Excavated Ruins... (SPOILER)

I don't know if this question has been asked before but according to the map in the SOU Walkthrough, there is a secret room in the far left in the map. Well there is actually two, and I already got in the one that has the sphinx in it. The other one I am having trouble trying to find the secret door. I had heard that the rat in the area where the crevice is would show the way. The rat just keeps on going around the room, and I cannot therefore find the door. Is the secret door there or I should most likely ask, where is it? I need help. Thanks in advance.

If this is where the formians got a cave, go down there, make gory paste of the formians if you like or run straight past them. talk to the queen and make the deal. Then climb up the exit in front of you. Then you should be in the secret room. (if i'm not talking about something else.
