A huge bug with nwtoolset....

Allright, this may not be directly related to scripting but it has to do with creating a module.

I start up nwtoolset and start making a module, then an area.

I make it to the point where i am about to see my area in the window (unless i uncheck the one box) and i click finish. THen a window comes up saying:

Access violation at adress BF7A338 in module 'KERNEL32.DLL' Read of Address FFFFFFFF

When i say OK, the box appears again. THere are other very simmilar messages that occur in the same spot like 08A00008 instead of FFFFFFFF or different letters than BF7A338.

I can't view my areas, so i really cant use the program. Plz HELP!!

Try searching in the bioware forums. They have an extensive number of fourms, one devoted to technical troubleshooting for the aurora toolset.

Thumbs up Solution

I had the same problem, In my case it was because i had just updated to the detonater graphics drivers.
I then had much the same error codes appear.

I found out eventually that i needed to install the higghest level drivers for the original card first, then install the detonater drivers.
This updated the kernal32.dll among many other grahics links.
