Maybe I should restart playing RS, it was rather good game at that time actually... | I kept hearing about this Runescape. What's this game all about and what does it look like?

| | It's really a bad game and usually played by kids under 15. The main idea is to raise your skills by practising A LOT. If you fish, your fishing skill increases, if you figth your fighting skill increases and so on... There are series of quest which can be entertaining... for about 15 minutes. Basically you just have to hone your skills for a lifetime to be the uberhero. Here's the main page if you're interested.

| | | Thanks for the link. Wow. Its really not very interesting. I was wondering what the buzz was about when I first saw Runescape advertised in a certain game site. Looks more like some other boring title out there.

Tried EVE Online, but that only lasted 1 month.
2 of the things I feel Guildwars is different from other MMO is its no monthly payment, and that PVE is sepearated from PVP.
Which are both good for me. |

I have to say that space combat and adventuring in SWG is excellent. What's most appealing is the ability for multiple players to man one ship - in this example, a YT-1200 (a Millenium Falcon class ship). One person in the top turret, another in the bottom turret, still another flying the ship. It's a blast!
I also like the ability to launch from the ground on a planet into space, and cruise around that system's space. You can elect to travel to other systems from there via hyperspace. Really addicting and quite fun, especially when you're out in a squadron with friends.

| | | I've played WoW,SWG,and many others....I'm currently playing FFXI on carbuncle server^_^.....72WHM/72BLM/72SMN.....also playing outwar on sigil server.....I quit WoW because it became to popular for my tastes...and I quit SWG when they revamped the battlesystem. FFXI has been by far the best mmorpg I've played in ages. |
