One other note: though Outwar appears to be free, it does involve a small download, that does install adware on your machine. To quote from one of many sites:

Outwar is an adware application that shows undesirable advertisements. It opens commercial sites in a web browser, shows pop-ups, unwanted advertising toolbars or other objects with similar content.

Try googling both "outwar" and "spyware" or "adware" and see what you get. There are literally dozens of sites with outwar removal tools to try and get rid of the adware component in the game, which persists long after a person has stopped playing for good.

I'm not saying you shouldn't play it, only that this is important information to pass along to others to help make a decision of whether to play, or not. Your choice might not be theirs.
