Yes. Exploits is against the ToS, of infact every MMOG, and if caught you will get banned and loose your account, and frankly - I would hope everybody that cheats in such games will get banned.
It is so very lowlife and sad to cheat in online games. Why pay to play a game if you wish to cheat at it? It never seezes to amaze me.
