Hello man. Sorry to diturb you, but i've been trying for so long to discover how to finish the Snow Canyon quest. I've looked everywhere and still i can't set the puppy free. I've checked another post with same matter, so i didn't want ot create a new one for same reason. I've also opened that chest and it drops Transmute everytime i open it and also makes some sound like magic thing (i saved the game before trying to open it). I tried transmute and yet nothing happens.

I've checked other foruns also, like gaspowered, but i didn't find any answers. Could u just spoiler me a bit, so i can have acces to the canyon?
