saving perk poins?

can you "save" your perk points and place them when you reach a certain level, required for a perk?

you don t lose perk points, but remember that some good perkes like weapon specialization ( + 3 dmg ... with one or two handed weapon) requires other perks that dont seems to be good like weapon finesse. if you want to carefully build up your character you should save the list of perks requirements (there is one in this site)
