Problem opening a door in the inquisition chambers

Hi folks,

my character is not able to open the door, leading to the box
including the Scepter of Chambers. With some magic item I've
got a lockpick value about 70. Should be more than enough to
open this door, or not?

Do I have to complete other quests befor? Is it important that
I'm already a knight templer?

It's one of the last quests in Barcelona and I can't manage it,
because I'm not able to open this damned door.

Any suggestions?

Found the secound door leading to the box including the
Scepter of Chambers. The other way round (from the
inqusitors side) it works just fine.
