Problem of the door in Inqusition chamber

Hey all, playing a bit in this game, i have stumbled upon a locked door, which i have met just after entering the Inqusition Chamber from the Inquisition Exterior. It's locked, i cannot open it. I need to get Lower Inquisition dng. to Speak with Galileo. I'm lvl5 Sylvant, and got no good stats for Agility and no skill for Lockpicking. So what can i do? Is there any other ways to get Galileo or this is the one only?

Try attacking the inquisitor, youll get thrown in jail and have to pay a fine, but make sure you have the staff from the chest so you can disable the crosses to toggle door shields.
