I cannot seem to get into the observatory any remedies.I have been given the quest by the wielders to collect the spirit. I have spoken to Galileo

click on the area inbetween the two guards and if your either an inqusitor or a templar, then tell hem your part of the investigation.

if your not either of them then there is thr <LIE> option.

the guards will then let you in.

HOwever, once in there look Through the telescope before doing anything else...
