Where's the music?

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed that the music rarely triggers in IWD II. I'm only on Chapter 2, but it seems that some of the atmosphere of the game is missing. The music was one of my favorite things about IWD. Does anyone know of something I can do to make the music trigger more often? Thanks!

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the music triggers only in specific spots on the map where your party is. To be honest, I don't notice much music in Icewind Dale 2 either, but then again, I didn't notice much music in the origional anyway.

Seriously though, where is the music? Is there just less of it in Icewind Dale II?

Does it just not have the same amount of flowing background music as the first Icewind Dale? Or is my copy just not triggering properly...

Anyone have a bug like this?

I hope to get a solution on this, too.

Music is generally triggered on entering a new area and some special events (of course there´s combat music) but stops so very soon.

I´ve found nothing in ini files that gives a clue about how long music lasts.

I demand everlasting music !

In IWD there was lots of great music like theme of Kuldahar and Easthaven.. they even made a soundtrack of it. Now there´s nothing.. The theme of Town of Targos is one of the greatest themes ever in these games.. shame that there isn´t much more
