I realize it's pretty dumb of me to offer a criticism without offering an alternative, but I'm not hardly a powergaming person. I have no idea what you should replace the aasimar race with; I always pick my races and classes purely on aesthetics. Odds are I'd have a far easier time with these games if I paid at least a little attention to balancing racial and class abilities, but I don't.

so should i change the wild elf to a teifling?
Tiefling favoured class = Rogue

Rogue (3) Monk (3) Ranger (X) would incur XP penalty because of the difference between the Monk and Ranger levels, i think I said in an earlier post you'll want either human or half-elf if you don't want the penalty

are the bard levels even worth it?. the way i see it i can have either a heavy spell casting druid with some bard levels for buffs, or a heavy shape shifting druid with sum self buffs, and acting as a tank with maybe some barbarian levels?
Are you playing just normal or do you plan to go to HoF?

or perhaps should i add the bard levels to my cleric instead? i've heard ninth level spells aren't that useful so maybe multiclassing couldnt hurt?
See above answer
