Stuck in Ice Temple - SPOILER

I'm at the Ice Temple , 2nd floor.The one where the last sister cleric and Arch arhitect are.I have killed that last sister and uncovered almost all areas.But there are still few rooms that I can't reach.There are hidden doors at the one point but I can't open them cuz it says something about the shadow or something.

I tried to use prism and lightning struck the door but nothing happens.They are still locked.
The other door which are "real" door can't be opened cuz it says that the door can be opened only from the other side.
So I'm stuck there.

I have talked to the Acharhitect and he offered me a help vs. someone (forgot the name - think it's something with A.... and K....)but I don't even know where to find him.

So if any of you could help me please do it.

The way to get some of the rooms that you can't reach is the via the Kuldahar painting on the level above. IF you have killed all of the sisters, you should have all the "codes" to cause the picture to transport you. Just speak to the picture and then walk on the stairs. Just try all the phrases until you get where you want to go.
