slaves tears and only 5 amulets

Im in the severed hand now and when i try to go to the abyss it says that my party needs to have an amulet each.... and i only have 5.

also i cant find the slave tears for the ritual

and i cant seem to find the captain of the gaurd at the top of the section where the ganitor is....

you need to kill those guys that are guarding the globe of esence on 2nl level and slave leader will give you tears of sufering (hes on ground flour)
