I am supposed to destroy the alter, the only problem is i accidentally killed the genie that i get the real name from. I got the unintelligble name from xhaan, but that does not work, also i cannot get the option from nickademus about the alter....HELP

I think it is possible to drive the spirit out if you have a character with high bluff skill. you can try

Don't worry! After you have killed ALL and i do mean ALL enemies within the ice tempel you can go tell the altar that "there is no-one left to feed him", you get less xp but its the same result.
