| | | Really pissed off need assistance!!!
ok, im finishing off the fell woods, and I've done all of the quests with the wandering village. Suoma told me about the treants(i think thats what they are called) in the woods. I went into the fell woods, and killed the first one that I saw as it tried to run off to the south east. I went into the southeast, and killed the 4 remaining treants, including 2 regs, one elder, and a greater treant. When the path is supposed to open for me to continue, it just doesnt. It locks the game like it normally does when events happen, but then the event never happens and it never unlocks. I've been looking around for someone with a fix, dled the patch, tryed restarting from the autosave at the beginning of the chapter. NOTHING WORKS plz help!!! |

| | | i was readin thru some threads, and im going to try re-installing, is there an option to save my saved games, or will i have to copy them. Or to make it wasier, neone happen to have a save file right after the fell woods.???? |

best solution is to ask the forum if someone has a save-game directly after that point and could mail it to you !
...then export your PCs and import them in the save-game and that's it!
...sorry that I can't help out with a save - deleted them already!

you can export a PC (save a copy of a PC) with the export button placed in the middle of the stat screen

| | | Yes it is Auto save game.. from start of Chapter four.. just before you enter Monastery..
What files do i need to send you?

| | im pretty sure all that you go to c:/programfiles/blackisle/icewindale2/mpsave there area bunch of file folders which are your saved games, rar the autosave at chap 4, then send it to mattquinlan@hotmail.com plz. If you dont knowwhat raring is I can explan that 2. Could someone also tell me the plot or nething major that happens between the end of the fell woods, and chap 4? |

| | | well... how to say this.. you will be on cold marsh.. there will be some trolls and spiders.. and some barbarian gate quest.. +barbarians.. then you will fight with 2 white dragons and some white wyrms.. then you are in big cave where is some duergars...but i killed those.. then you should be able to continue playing..

I would recommend to search on the forum for an earlier save - cause you miss quite a part of the game this way:
- 2 big maps
- 2 small maps
and some major fights:
- lots of barbarians
- 2 white dragons & some wyverns
- many duergars (if you wish)
- even more hook horrors
- and finally the beastmaster
...would suggest that you have a look on the walkthrough on this site before you decide how to go on !
