Need help to solve Caged Fury

In Ice temple II floor I can't solve the quest of get rid of caged fury: I went in the pre-chamber, open the door and then with then opened the inner room with electric bolt, but when one of my PC enter the inner room he doesn't get the option for saying the true name of the entity (Caged fury) and he always ends up taking damage. I even tried with different PC with different stats, but the result are always the same, I can't say "Caged Fury" and the entity end his speech sayng that for having disturbed I will get damaged (or something like that) and my PC get damaged.
What should I do?

You have to have spoken to the white abishai on the first level about the voice that has been bothering them. If your character has high enough intelligence, he/she will be able to translate the name into Caged Fury. If you do not have a character with high enough intelligence, once you have talked to the abishai, go and talk to the genie near the stairs to level two - the option to ask him about the meaning of the name should be there. Also ask him about how to defeat Caged Fury. This should give you enough knowledge to trigger the option once you meet him.
