My Sorceror has an amulet or necklace that theoretically allows him to cast spells. One of the spells is Otiluke's resiliant sphere. A great spell I would love to take advantage of. The amulet or necklace is in the necklace slot, but I cannot activate any of its spells. I have tried everything. Can someone help?

Did you a open a special item (IIRC it's the slot's name) on the quickbar for your sorcerer? If you did not, create one and when you'll open it you'll see the necklace and whenever you want to use it just click on it and cast it...
