| No; the D&D3 ruleset did away with kits in favour of the new skills and feats system. Dungeon Masters who want to introduce specialist classes can do so in their own campaigns using what are called "prestige classes". These include classes like the Loremaster, Bladesinger and Purple Dragon of Cormyr and are mostly intended for NPC use, and because of their specialist nature, you probably won't see them in a CRPG. If you want to have a specialists like a kensai, you should load up your fighter with weapon specialisation, weapon focus and other skills/feats to maximise your effectiveness with a sword.
