Is Dominate Person permanent?
Just curious - never had patience to wait it out, just Ctrl+Y/Ctrl+R the afflicted person after a few rounds, but is Dominate Person permanent? It feels that it lasts awfully long after you kill the caster.

Based on GameBanshee's IWD section, Dominate Person spell has duration of 1 minute per level

Oh, Okay, then pretty much permanent if casted by a high-level mage.

One minute lasts 3 rounds, or 21 seconds (of real time), so with a level 17 wizard casting Dominate Person, it will last 5 minutes 55 seconds.
