iron and black ward stones

i needed the iron and the black ward stones in the goblin warrens to get to the goblin fortress. i also still have the cell key. are these items of any further use or can i drop them?

The ward stones are only used in this goblin area. Once you leave, you don't need them. If the cell key was used in the fortress, you don't need to keep that either.
