IE Game Engine Speed

Does anyone know of a mod for IWD2 that allows control over the game engine speed? Years ago when I was playing BG2 religiously, there was one that enabled the player to speed up the game engine (once it was installed you could hit the +/- keys in-game to speed up or slow the game engine). This was great for covering large area maps quickly traveling back and forth across game areas.

A lot of sites still have BG2 and Infinity Engine tools/utilities/files, but none of the ones I've visited have the file I am looking for. So far I've checked PlanetBaldur'sGate, Iron Works Gaming, Three Gibberlings, Sorcerer's Place, and Game Banshee.

Does NE1 have any ideas?
