ID Item Glitch..help please?

Greetings to all.
Heres my problem:

Whenever I right-click on an item in inventory, the game exits to desktop.
I get one of those "program has encountered a problem and needs to close" error messages.

This has happened repeatedly so I'm reasonably sure the right-click is the source of the trouble. Has anyone any suggestions?

Looks like the item might be corrupted.

Either reload an earlier save or use a program like Dalekeeper to edit the item out and replace it with a clean version.
