ICEWINDALE II final battle spoiler

I finished the game and as Ididn´t find a lot of help about the final battle
I will help the ones who have some trouble with it.
First important thing is to start the final battle with high experience XP.
To have at least a team with level 17.
To use potion of strengh storm giant in order to have hit point at least around 25 -30.
To use weapon against Isair like: flail of elements (+5) + 1d6 cold +1d6 fire + 1d6 electric. (Isair is immune to fire) but not to cold and electric.
To use also any slashing item +5 or +3 or 4 with other effects.
I used smitar of soul 3 or Cerat sumat or the one +5 found all over the place on the last battle before this one.
Using also when arriving on the other side of the pool your rogue with :Iron Arbalet (damage +6) with bolt +5 . Isair dont like that!!
Dont wait too long before going on the other side because Isair and Maedae
have regenerating anels.If Isair is still with the indication:Hurt you can get him that way!
Sign of hopelessness doesn´t work well on Isair and Maedae like it did work on the Xing.... at the cleric temple but the most stronger sorcers spell to hurt Maedae and Isair is :Fire storm (Maedae was hit 75 hit point with it)
