Ice Temple Level 2

Help Please. Trying to finish the caged fury quest but the kuldahar painting doesn't give me the "lysan" option. I have cleared the entire level but have been unable to finish the 2 locked rooms used in the caged fury quest. I must have missed something along the way, could someone please help.
