fellwood cutscene

Help!! I've killed the Treants in the Fellwood, but the cutscene for the opening of the path never fully ends. My guys are all standing around but I can't use the control panel at all. They seem to be on an extended coffee break. Any suggestions? I've had no problems other than this one.

don't use invisible spells or hide skills before the cutscene starts.

rest until your chars don't have any magical effects (status)

I got an answer to this problem on another board and it worked. I'm posting it here for anyone else who might need it. I lowered the game resolution to the lowest setting and the cutscene worked fine. It was ugly, but it worked. Thanx for the help.
