WERE DO U GET THE LETTERS TO REVEAL THE TRADERS AT END OF LEVEL 2 ICE TEMPLE

If you meen the letters to expose the neverwinter melitia, than you get those from a priest back in targos. When you talk to one of the sick men in the hospital tent, you recieve a love letter. When you then talk to one of the healers he will exchange that for some letters to give to the melitia captains.

I didnt get the letters back in Targos, do i need them??? i so hope not or im totally fried

I'm afraid the letters are back in Targos. Still, it isn't necessary to continue the story. All you'll do is miss out on some xp so don't worry. If you still want them, you may be able to use a program to add them to your inventory, but I don't really know about that. You'll have to check other posts.
