Druid Question **possible spoiler**

Hey everyone, I am interested in soloing a druid and noticed that all armor bonus are negated when shapechanged.

1) I know AC from armor doesn't count but what about abilities such as the Plate of the Pit Fiend's sunfires?

2) I wanted a L1 Monk/Lx Druid for the monk's WIS AC bonus when shapechanged. Since AC bonuses are negated when shapechanged, if I SC with the above plate, would my monk WIS AC kick in? In other words, does it count as if I had no armor on?

3) I read that dodge doesn't work but what about expertise?

Thanks!

i believe that the armour will negate the wis bonus even if shapechanged.

your best bet would be to "cheat" ie use dalekeeper to raise your level and give the armour's ect ect... then test it out for yourself...

Ah, I just noticed the word solo in your thread. Is it possible to do so? The hordes of monsters are more than a handful even for a full party. If there is one solo thread here, I would like to get inspired enough to try for myself.

Yeah, it's possible but if you want to complete HoF as well, you need a character that can:

1) Summon monsters.
2) Be able to deal with a certain "chamber" (if you don't know what I mean, I won't spoil.)

Sorc is easiest...
