Thanks. | Well if youre referring to the door that just wont open, where there are multiple prisoners behind, then highlight below: OK, if you go to the wrack torture device (table with chains), there is a question mark, but if you move the mouse over to the crank shaft on that torture device (the crank is found at the northern part of the table), you will see a use ability rather then the question mark. Hit the use ability, and the door should open.
