Configuration Utility

Hey I'm pretty new to Icewind Dale 2,
I'm just running thru the single player stuff,
How do I run the config utility? and what is it?
I know its lame of me, but man I wanna get
some of the items off those crazy item lists...

You can find a link to the configuration utility in you programs list, off your start menu. Or you can see it in the location where you have the game installed. Are you wanting to enable cheats? If so, check the box labeled "enable cheat console" in this utility.
