I fought all the people before the cold barrier and now I need to take out Illium but everytime I send people against him he just stands atop the barrier and shoots me which does about 12 damage a hit and is killing my characters quickly and I try to lure him down but he just stays up their so I can only hit him with bows and spells. Any advice?

Enter the door just up the street, wich will transport you one level up, and you should be able to reach him with melee weapons.
