"Aeij-kllenzr't" (chapter 2 problems)- spoiler

I have a problem in chapter 2 in the ice castle.
there is a thing (a thing called "Aeij-kllenzr't") that bothers me...
1. where is he?
2. how am i supposed to kill it?
3. where is the equipment of that lost person?
4. i am tired with that ice castle- how can i open the doors with the:
a. the "tree branch" on it
b. the "lightning bolt" on it
c. and the one that says: "praise the shadow..." IIRC...

PLEASE HELP!

Spoilers Highlight to see

1. The room with Aeij-Kllenzr't is located at the south of the Katlins room(north-west corner)
2. You can access this room by using the painting at the first floor the option to get there is "Lysan" and after passing the door with the shadow
3. In the castle, you will know what equipment is Nathaniel's because the items have his name

Each door with lighting bolt on can be opened with the Prism Device but you have to guide the bolt by using the mirrors around the level to the doors. For the "praise the shadow one", have one of your characters step on it for while. You can then open the secret door in the same room so that the lighting bolt can pass through and hit the door thus opening it.
