If you explore the big cave below Burial Ise you will find it. It's in the southwest.

Thanks. Now I just need to figure out how to killed the drowned dead. They kill my summoned monsters as fast as I can create them.

Did you buy the Three White Doves (undead-disrupting mace) in Lonelywood?

If not, just try to draw as few of them as possible at a time and hack them down with your best melee weapons. Another strategy is to create a kill-zone of multiple area-effect spells.

Or you can just chunk them with a cleric of 13th level or higher (gotta love turn undead!).
