Ready to leave for "Severed Hand" "Was told that nature would guide me" Cannot find spot to get there.

Did you talk to Arundel after completing the Dragon's Eye?

The location for the Severed Hand should appear on your map after the dialog.

Did you try scrolling down the map ?

I did talk to him, he said to head South & that "nature would guide me" but no exit point brings up location on World Map.
