vale of shadows

i need some help in the "vale of shadows".i've cleared all the crypts but nothing happened.it seems that i'm missing something.is there a fight with that "black wolf"?cuz i never met him?

You are supposed to meet the ghost of the black wolf.Did you find his tomb? (it is in the map with the three pillars-one of them has a lever i think)
