Okay.. I just got both IWD and HOW, and I'm in the Vale of Shadows or whatever it's called... I got the Sanctum Key from one of the tombs, but I can't open the locked door in the last tomb. Is there another key somewhere, or something I have to do first, or what?

I think you missed a key. If I recall you get 2 different keys from the various crypts before the last one.

Yeah... I found that this morning. There was a footpath that I missed that lead to an erstwhile unseen tomb. Thanks though.

You're welcome, sorry it was late A lot of the paths are easy to overlook, especially in some of the later areas.
